Our quality system is certified to ISO9001. All of our processes are detailed and documented to support our ISO requirements. Each component either used in mold building (all electrodes checked prior to burning) or part production is qualified dimensionally to specifications. Work instructions are used through out our manufacturing shop floor. All operators are trained in support of our system.
